OSI Spirulina Pellets - Small - 14 oz.

I trust O.S.I products above most other fish products because they have, for many years been the standard in fish related equipment and feeds for so many breeders and distributors, they are true to label and are consistant in their product quality. I feed this pellet to my aquaponic fish and they are doing quite well, I started with some smaller fish and aside from the normal 8-10% atrition rate the ones that made it are very healthy and vigorous and along with some weekly treats of dried bloodworms I have seen some great strides in growth and sustained health even with temperature and chemical fluctuation. I would recommend O.S.I products to anyone who is unsure of all the hype out there as far as fish feed and management products goes. These products can be counted on to give you peace of mind so that you know your fish are getting what they need and not all the fillers that other feeds have. I know it sounds like I am a product sponsor or salesman, but I assure you I am in no way affliated with O.S.I., it's just that I have done a great deal of research on fish feeds being as what they are feed is eventually what I am putting in my body so I want to make sure they are healthy.

Love! Love! Love this product! My African Cichlids love this food. When I drop it in, they hit the water so hard for it that I usually get splashed. It has been excellent for growing out young Cichlids and the fish have great color eating this food. The plecos love this as well and are thriving on it. I love the way that about half the pellets sink and the other half float. Makes it great for how my Cichlids want to eat. This is the only food I feed them and is perfect for omnivores African Cichlids that I keep because they need vegetable-rich foods along with protein. If they are only fed proteins they can get "Malawi bloat."
