Gave a 5star on request from the company saying they will get it properly assembled as the person who came to assemble it had done a shabby job. Having problems with the cycle,the pedals make a sound while cycling and even come off .The seat is also not fixed well.On the whole it is not smooth. Inspite of over a month of requests no response.

1. Look wise the cycle is good 2. Quality wise it is okiesh not very great 3. Assembly document is not clear, you many need to rework multiple times to fix it 4. The brake pad quality is not good. I am still struggling to get it fixed, it get rub with disc even after fixing it multiple times causing noise 5. Bottle quality is so poor, better you stop sending bottle to avoid extra cost of you or to buyer. 6. Steering handle is very hard not very smooth to rotate did everything to fix it. 7. I felt less value for money instead better to buy a cycle worth 1000 more but have smooth ride. 8. Cycle has come with some scratches on the body, I am not returning the cycle to avoid unwanted hustle in delivery 9. Cycle tyres valve was not aligned properly, even after filling air it still remains somewhat inside. All in all don't go for self fix, either book a guy who will assemble it, or else get something from the market.
