Is there a manual online? I have limited space and don't want to tear open both boxes until i figure out what I'm doing.

There are two pages of fairly detailed instructions in one of the boxes. Watch out for the hinges - there are different types and will affect the spacing of the doors if you do not install them exactly where they go.

Mixed answers on the weight the shelves can hold, one person says not that much and another one says they're very sturdy, can the manufacturer respond

The shelves are medium thick and appear pretty sturdy. I put really heavy items on the bottom shelves, and I have had no problem. The upper shelves will probably hold a moderate number of heavy items, but I haven't had the cabinet long enough to test if the shelves will eventually begin to sag.

What is the max weight the shelves can hold

The shelves are 1/2” press board not much weight .

I bought the cabinet, but I'm not the seller. You should contact them. Maybe they took it off the market because of the problem with the doors; but that's just speculation. Sorry I couldn't help.
