It is a great product if u want a powerful blender. Comes with 1 very large jar and 1 medium jar, would be helpful if a smaller jar was available.It is easy to clean. It has lots of preset programs and can be customised to meet all tyes of grinding needs. Long term use after more then a year smaller jar had a issue but replacement was sent for a additional cost.

After use of one year of this product, leakage has been found in bottom area of 600ml jar. I had requested for service call under warranty. Primarily service agent told me that need to replace new jar to solve this problem and need to pay jar cost. In my opinion this is not reasonable to pay because this damage is not caused by me, but failure of product quality and company should take responsibility for this. After 2-3 phone calls they consider to replace the jar. Thanks for the nice gesture of service centre representative.

Review Edit after 1-month usage: - The blender/mixer stopped working within a month, where I hardly used it for 10 times. - The Gear of the Jars started rusting - the material used is of Poor Quality. - I registered a complaint on 6th Dec for the issue and was told I would get a call from a technician within 24 hours. - No technician called for the next 72 hrs. despite my repeated requests to the customer care person. - Then, on the 9th Dec afternoon, I got a 1-minute call to be told to upload the video of a nonfunctional machine. I asked for further steps but no clear response again; I was told to wait. I uploaded the video immediately and asked if that was fine - again no response. - When I got no response till 13th Dec, I called back to customer care and faced rude behaviour. My calls were disconnected and kept on mute when I complained. I am still waiting for the resolution of my problem, but I feel I wasted my Rs6400. I would say the machine looks good but if it gets any issues, you will not get any help. The material quality of the machine is poor, and customer care is pathetic. The design of the jar is also not good as you can't use it for grinding for small leafy products. It runs freely as the material accumulates around the bottom corner of the jar. The run time allowed is also very low. And if you have any issue with the machine then every time you call them, you will be asked to wait and wait without even letting you know what the next step will be. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I consider this as a nice product, and here's my detailed review: Pros: - The impressive high speed of this appliance provides an excellent grinding option, ensuring high efficiency. - The amazing feature of this product is the automatic speed-changing option during grinding and mixing, adding a valuable touch to its functionality. - The design of the product is not only elegant but also remarkably user-friendly, making it a pleasure to use. Cons: - For good performance, a sufficient quantity of items needs to be loaded into the appliance. When a small quantity is used, the items tend to disperse around the corners, causing the blade to run freely without effectively grinding or mixing. - While the product comes with two jars, the smaller jar with a wider base poses a challenge to achieving quality grinding. This limitation affects the overall versatility of the appliance.

It’s a 6 month review, this works so well and also looks elegant Even i got it replaced for 2 times, service is so easy just a call and they will ask for a video inspection and replace the parts Thanks to sankar It’s easy to clean and comes with two jar capacity of 500 ml and works fine

We did a huge research to buy a right mixer grinder to take it abroad. Bosch 1000 Watts Mixer and Prestige Endura 1000 Watts Mixer were in the list. Ruled out Bosch as there were so many complaints about its huge noise, but we were about to buy Prestige Endura. But my wife came to know about this amazing 2000 Watts blender from Amazon and bought it for 6200 bucks. Believe me, it is worth every penny you spend. It runs so smooth and silent, inspite of its jumbo power. Our primary need is to make dosa batter. So we are carrying this beauty abroad, in place of mixer grinder + wet grinder. The lid of small jar doesn't come with a rubber gasket, which is the only negative about it. But it still offers great value for the money spent.

Delivery was easy and quick. Polite team. But small jar started leaking within few months of purchase and it’s not even under warranty. The new one also has loose cap.
