Excelente proucto. no interfiere para nada en mis horas de sueño si toca dormir despues de haber tomad las pildoras de caffeina, por el contrario, te permiten concentrar y salir de un sueño momentaneo para producir en la computadora hasta que sea necesario y luego a dormir sin problemas. My go-to supplement for gym days!
I do feel the energy after taking these pills. The body gets used to it so I try not to use it daily and not more than 1 per day. I prefer thanking these pills instead of drinking a coffee or a pre-workout, better for my body and my teeth!
