Back brace is bulky, if you try to sit or bend it pops open. If you wear it loose so it doesn't do that you loose support. I use it to help with lower back pain to walk but not to do everyday chores

Not a replacement for a professional back brace.
This back brace is not sturdy enough to offer support for more then a few minutes.

It provides support
This was a good back brace,but I had to return it. It's very bulky and it's not something you can wear while working or sitting. As a nurse I prefer to conceal my back brace under my scrubs,it's not possible with this brace. If you want it to wear around the home or are not bothered by the look of it, then it's great. For the price,and inability to wear to work it wasn't for me. I may repurchase at a later time as back therapy while at home.

Great Product
Really great and very helpful. It relieves the pain in my back greatly, fits great, and fixes my posture. My company had to buy a brace for me due to the work I do. Yes, it's seeable under my scrubs, however it helps me in lifting heavy animals and heavy items. Thanks for the help.
