These tie down straps are awesome for tents and canopies. I set my shade canopy up with these and replaced the ropes in these tie downs with paracord (4mm). They work great with paracord! The seller says replacing the rope voids the warranty, but who cares about the warranty on a $3 item. Setting this up with my shade canopy, I just made sure the ratcheting part was covered by the canopy in case it got wet and caused the mechanism to rust, although if the description is correct, they shouldn’t rust. It’s now so much faster and easier to put up and adjust the tie downs on my shade canopy. Highly recommend. I bought more of these for tying down small loads in my truck bed.

Absolutely perfect for my intended use!Solid, seem well built and operate flawlessly. Instead of storing my very heavy 48 inch front of house pre lit Christmas wreath, I came up with an idea for utilizing it in the summer. Now it is an amazing “chandelier “ in my gazebo. Needed a strong pulley system to lift and hold in place. I simply used four small black zip ties to attach the pulleys to the roof supports in the gazebo frame. Voila!Great item for such uses. Better than going to home dupo and piecing together yourself.

I absolutely love these things. I definitely don't use them for their intended purpose, ut they have help up great, are a good value for the money, and are very easy to use and adjust. I use these to tie down my tarp on my trailer. These make it so I can very easily adjust how much tension I want on the tarp and make removing the tarp and putting it on a breeze. I feel like you could use these to hold a good amount of weight given it is able to tie down a tarp going down the highway at 70 miles per hour. Great product and I would love to see them make these specifically for towing.

used on sailboat bimini and dodger as adjustable tie-downs. very easy and functionable.

I purchased these along with some tarp clips to use to tie down the fitted sheet corners for my adjustable bed. It works better than any product I have tried that is designed for this purpose. If you get good quality tarp clips that hold on well, this product will connect the clips and allow you to cinch the corners tight. I wasted a lot of money and time trying different elastic clips, etc. This is the only thing that consistently works for me. It is not perfect, but it is 1000x better than the alternatives I have tried. And they are very easy to use. This is probably a wasted review as who would come here looking for this particular use, but for what it is worth, if you have the same problem give it a try.

Wow this are perfect what I used them for , and it’s not for kayak, it’s more for work , which work great to strap down items that I carry, mainly to hold them in place from moving around.

Made it a cinch to tighten up our awning shade. Easy to use, affordable and decent quality.
