The dock does everything it says it can, and the charger puts my Asus Rog Ally into Turbo charging mode, the dock sets it to 25w charging mode while plugged into the dock PD port. I also used the Ethernet port and it worked. 3usb ports is enough for my mouse keyboard and headset, I also have a USB extender that I can plug in to add 6 ports ! This dock really is a game changer in lines of not having to spend all the extra money buying a big tower PC, when I can just bring my few items in my bag to a friend's and be ready to game in about 10 minutes of setup on a monitor or tv ! Good quality, definitely easy to use, and picture quality looked great for me !

Just got it today and have been using it all day! So far the heat level and fan on the steam deck seem normal as if not docked on it. The package always simple and effective. The quality of the dock is awesome, it feels very durable. The connection between dock, deck & monitor is awesome. The speed are good. Overall it’s a great purchase. I’m using my Steam Deck OLED.

Works wonders, the only issue is my keyboard will turn on and off when I start up my system. But if I keep the top cable unplugged and turn it on then plug it in then the issue doesn't happen. Its wierd and a quirk thats annoying but it works and thats what matters

It connected well with my TV and I was able to play some Baldur's Gate 3. For a little bit. Until my cat crashed into the cord connecting my controller to the dock (I was having bluetooth issues with my controller) and ripped it off the TV stand. The USB plug that goes into the steam deck got bent and everything started glitching. I hooked it up again and got it working. But then my cat did the same thing again (I should have learned the first time around). The point of this story being, I wish the cord connecting the Steam Deck to the dock was detachable or interchangeable so that I could replace it without replacing the whole dock. (My Steam Deck was just fine after falling on the hard floor twice. Those bad boys are thankfully built like tanks. My cat even threw up on my Steam Deck once and it was easy to clean. But this is not a Steam Deck review, or a cat review, so I will stop writing now.)

I bought this to be a stand to put my steam deck on for its safety and air flow. It works great for that thankfully. I've no idea about how good the charging works or the ports cause I don't plan on using them. This just seemed the best and most stable dock I could find

This is the first dock I've seen that offers a display port. I actually have the previous JSAUX docking station that only came with an HDMI port but figured I might as well upgrade to a higher ethernet port and other display options. So far this works straight out of the box, was easy to setup, and comparing it between the two models, I'd say it's only about a two inch difference in length making it very portable. Hooked it up via display port to a monitor at work and voila it works. Now I can game during my lunch breaks at ease without having to squint at the tiny OLED screen. This is a definite worthwhile purchase if you want to be ready if some monitors or systems support DPs only.

Done a lot of research before settling for a docking station for my ROG ALLY z1 extreme. Works just fine, has just enough usbs to fully function with a keyboard, mouse, controller, AirPods. Only downfall is it doesn’t connect to my 70” LG tv but works fine on all my other TVs and gaming monitors.

I'm going to be leaving my first review at the bottom. I have been using this dock for almost 2 weeks now, the first week I had problems with screen flickering and black screens. Those were a problem that almost had me returning this, the company out of good faith offered a refund and I saw that as a good sign so I chose to keep trying it. The second week has been better those problems have gone away after a factory reset on my Steam deck so I believe that it was a software bug, but Valve also put out an update last week that included dock specific fixes and they may not have been applied to my deck till after the reset. I wont give this a 5 star tho because I still see the lack of a Display Port port as a negative. old review below I have been using my Steam deck with this dock as a replacement PC while staying with family for over a week now and I am considering returning it. It works but there are a few problems with the dock. First is screen flickering after about 30 mins the external display will flicker or out right go black the problem will not be resolved until I unplug the dock from the Steam Deck for around 10 second, but the flickering will return after about 30 more mins. The same goes for the black screen. The second problem is wake from sleep over half the time the external display will not wake until unplugging the dock and waiting for 10 seconds. The final problem is more a design issue there is no Display Port port on the device and it seems that when you use an HDMI to DP adapter it will not work. After researching the the screen flickering problem I have found that other users have the same problem with this dock and they believe it to be an over heating issue with the dock. I can confirm that the dock gets very warm almost hot after about an hour of continued use. The wake from sleep problem could be an OS problem, but I would need to buy a different dock to test.

Great Product for Rog wife loves it

A pesar de que esté dock originalmente fue pensado para la Steam Deck JSAUX (y nosotros como clientes) tuvimos suerte que la ROG Ally utiliza el puerto en un lugar similar y con dimensiones similares por lo que esté dock también es perfectamente compatible con la Ally, a pesar de ser un poco cara la recomiendo mucho ya que básicamente te permite convertir la consola a una PC de escritorio conectando monitores, teclado, ratón, discos duros, hasta ethernet para juegos en línea y descargas pesadas, muy recomendable, y con la última actualización de bios para la ally ya reconoce los 30w del cargador. Cómo peros le pondría que el cable USB queda justo, pero justo para la ally, funciona bien pero me gustaría que fuera un poco más largo en las revisiones posteriores. También la parte de goma donde se sostiene la consola por atrás se despegó un poco de una orilla, fue mi culpa y solo basto hacer algo de presión para que volviera a pegar, pero me gustaría que pusieran más pegamento en esas gomas para que duren más tiempo.

Note: This is a Day 1 review. Once I've received it I've been playing on it for a straight 10 hours, no issues whatsoever on 2K monitor and on 4K TV, no input lag. Something to have in mind: 1- This is only for Steam deck, any other devices might cause it power issues. 2- it's recommended to use the original 45W power plug, so don't exceed the limit as the power regulator might burn something. 3- it gets warm after a long hours of heavy play, but there was no problems so far. اذا معك ستيم ديك انصحك فيه اذا تبي شيء مضمون، غير كذا فيه خيارات افضل.

So excited to use this on my steam deck oled

Everything works well for the steam deck with this dock/hub. USB 3.2 ports working as advertised. Power delivery passthrough is giving Steamdeck full 45W charging. HDMI and Displayport both working fine. with JSAUX kickstand case on my Steamdeck, it fits snug in the dock and allows me to carry the Steamdeck around with the dock attached and not fallout off. This dock is a bit pricey compared to others on here, but compared to the official valve dock it's still half the price and slightly better. For starters the USB ports are better on this dock, and the USB ports are spaced out more to allow for bulkier thumb drives. The ethernet port is on the side which helps add room and keep ethernet cable out of the way.
