I find my energy and mood increasing on these but I cannot, for the life of me, get the pill out of the container without pouring them into my hand, taking one, and then funneling them back in. Makes me not want to take them at all bc the packaging is a pain.

Like I said haven't used a bad supplement from them yet

only this and lions mane (and caffeine and adderall!) have had any noticeable effect on my cognitive functioning. Not as strong as caffeine or adderall, but it’s there, I won’t take it after 4pm if I want to fall asleep.
