Square Chocolate Making Mould Polycarbonate Chocolate DIY Mold 21 Cavities Candy Ice Cube Molds

OK this mold makes me want to give up my day job and start making candy for a living. Those couple bad reviews saying they’re chocolate sticks that’s absolutely user error. They’re using garbage chocolate and they’re probably not chilling it enough. I’m having a huge Christmas Eve party this year with lots of friends and family this year and I wanted to make some gourmet chocolates with fruit and nuts. I came across this mold, and I could not be happier. The ease of use and size is absolutely perfect. It’s heavy and sturdy so you don’t get any bending or twisting when you move it, which is amazing so many of these garbage molds out there are so flimsy as soon as the move it candy shifts all over the place. Because the quality is so good I cannot believe the price was so reasonable. All of the chocolates that I made came out, tasting amazing, looking amazing and cleaning This was a breeze, a little bit of hot soapy water, rinse and I was done. I am absolutely ordering more chocolate molds from this company to make more different things I am completely blown away by the functionality of this mold it is absolutely impressive.

Works exactly as should. The reviewers who comment about the “chocolate getting stuck” simply don’t know how to properly temper chocolate or use polycarbonate molds. These work fine.

Love this mould. Easy to use and a very sturdy product. Results in beautifully shaped chocolates, with a shiny surface. Good size for fillings. Chocolates release easily with a tap on the bench. Best with couverture chocolate.

This is the worst item I have ever purchased from Amazon. The chocolates stuck fast and would not release. Waste of money. Stick to silicon, so much easier. There is just no flexibility in this product which in my opinion makes it not fit for purpose.
