Tradition 405 405 FPS Compound Crossbow - 15 Inch Cocked with Whisper Silencing System and Illuminated Scope

Bought this online from BassPro and let me start by saying that BassPro customer service has been outstanding through all of this. Centerpoint - not so much. if I could give a negative five star review on the Crossbow and the company, I would. First off the assembly instructions are not good at all. There is a QR code to access an assembly video however that link is broken. Customer support hold time was 3 hours before I gave up. I wound up figuring it out on my own and then taking it by my local PRO shop to have them take a quick look at it. Next I went to sight in the scope and get familiar with the crossbow. On shot number 11 the string broke and the left limbs cracked. The string whipped back into my face, luckily I was wearing eye-pro but it still cut my face. I was using the 300gr 20" Centerpoint Bolts, 100gr field points and the rope cocking sled came that came with the Crossbow. I tried again to contact Centerpoint customer service but got nothing but hours of elevator music. In the end this is a dangerous product that should be removed from the market or recalled immediately and Centerpoint/Ravin would do well to improve their products and customer service.

This bow shoots Right On Just the Quiver is hard to get on.
