Works good allows me to enjoy my yogurt without stomach pain. Developed a sensitivity to dairy in my 40s and this has been a life saver. I'm a vegetarian. Delicious flavor, could easily just snack on these! Good size, easy to take. Works quick. Very happy with my purchase

It always works for me. I am free to enjoy Dairy, and Lactaid brand's flavor is good, better than the Walgreens, Target, and other store brands.

If you have trouble digesting dairy, you will want to get these. They have a pleasant vanilla taste, and work FAST to quell stomach upset in lactose-intolerant people.

The chewable only come in ice cream flavor which isn't great if you're eating savory foods. Don't rinse with carbonated drinks or you'll foam. You can see me, 45 plus adult at the pizza parlor foaming out the mouth rinsing the ice cream flavor with a cola, can't you. Be warned. BUT you only need 1 and it works most the time. I have IBS so it's not just dairy that triggers me. The pill version you struggle to swallow multiple tiny pills that don't always work. So I'd stick with the chewables.

Lactaid works well for me. While it doesn’t eliminate all my symptoms of lactose intolerance, it does allow me to consume dairy without stomach pains. That’s good enough for me.

This stuff has been a game changer in our house! My son and I are both intolerant and we have just suffered through the pain for our love of cheese and ice cream but now it doesn't hurt! And it actually tastes pretty good which makes it easy to get my son to eat them

I need these when I eat any dairy. These are great, they keep the stomach pain at bay. I take it with the first bite of dairy. I keep these in stock.

In comparison to other Lactose pills, this product seems to work fine. However I felt that in comparison to the extra strength formula, I would have to take about 2 of these pills to get the same affect as I would get with 1 Xtra strength pill. The product taste of 'french vanilla' is awful. Although it's a chewable format, I do not know why they would want you to have Vanilla right before a meal. I am not able to find a mint version on the market, so I would say the taste is not worth it, and you're better off finding non-chewable to just swallow the tab whole. The main benefit of this product is the individual packaging. I can put a few pills in my pocket when going out to a restaurant. This is the only reason I will buy the product again (as I found the taste awful).

I love the taste... I have the vanilla ones and they taste just like custard creams YUM! I have a severe dairy allergy and react to my medications I have to take daily that has a coating which contains lactose. I had to stop my medication as it was making me so ill even though it’s a tiny dose but now I have these and take them before my meds it’s great! I’ve not tried them with dairy products yet as I’m also allergic to the caseins in dairy but when I’m feeling confident enough I’ll give it a try. Highly recommend!

This tablet has been a saviour for my dairy cravings.
