I’ve been using Dr Teal’s Foaming Bath Sleep with Melatonin occasionally before bed, and while I can’t say for sure if it’s the melatonin or just the calming scent, it genuinely helps me relax. The lavender aroma is soft and soothing, and the bubbles feel luxurious without being overwhelming. It’s become a small ritual that signals my body to slow down. It makes you relaxed and the bubbles are good quality and long lasting. Just make sure you follow the procedure as written on the bottle to put the liquid under warm temperature running water as it produces the best bubbles

Highly recommend!!! It’s amazing relaxing effect even if you use it only under the shower. Put just a bit in small amount of water that you are standing in while showering.

I don't even have a sensisitve skin at all, but it's the first time ever i use a product that feels so harsh on the skin, and the effect was immediate as soon as i added some in the bath, it atarted stinging all over my body. I strongly recommend to avoid this one and look for a product with healthier ingredients. As for me, this whole bottle is gone to the garbage; my body and skin deserve some respect.
