I make my own burgers and like them thin like a Big-Mac patty which is what this creates.Just weigh your burger meat out into a 6oz/170grm ball and squash it into a hot pan using this press.The clever bit is the rim which ensures you get a uniform thickness of smash-burger,about 6mm,which is difficult if you just use a standard,flat,smash-burger press.It's solidly made and dishwasher safe too.I like it that much that i got my friend one aswell.Arrived on time,fair price,well packaged and makes excellent smash-burger patties.You can also make a batch of them in advance,just use parchment paper and freeze them.Perfect for the BBQ

Excellent item delivered quickly. The space allows for uniform sized burgers which is great. The press itself is of good quality with good weight and cooks well. Works best with grease proof paper between the press and burger. Recommended.

Decent enough burger press. It's easy to clean and doesn't rust. Not so good on smaller burgers/patties though. Hence the 4 stars

This trio of equipment is a must have for smash burgers. The squasher is brilliant and makes thin burgers. Burger flipper is big and could be used for squashing burgers but metal over long term use is too thin for this purpose. It's perfect for the bbq if you doing loads of burgers say in weber size bbq. It's a little too big to be used in a standard frying pan in the kitchen. The seasoning shaker is a good size and nice plastic lid to stop spices getting wet or drying out too much depending what you put in it. Over all have to give this a 9 out of 10 rating very good.

I've had no desire to ever cook a smash burger but my teenage son really wanted me to so I bought this set. The burger smasher & cheese melting dome are brilliant quality & essential to cooking smash burgers. They are incredibly well made & complete. Took less than a minute to assemble the handle & we made some tasty smash burgers. Cleaning them was a breeze too. Absolutely recommended.

Don't get this burger press for smash burgers - it has a stupid rim so you can't really flatten the patties. So it's basically useless and you have to use the spatula. Rest of the stuff is great (otherwise this would be one star!)

great value for money, functionally works well but the press could do with some heat proofing on the handle as can burn your hand if left on the hotplate, size is perfect for doing multiple burgers and they are also stainless so easy to clean.

It smashes, it flips. Shaker holes are smaller than I would have liked, but not an issue.

Sized for smashed burgers! Lightweight but seems sturdy. Cover works!

These are excellent griddle accessories for making smash burgers or any similar large items on a griddle or grill. The spatula is much larger than the flimsy ones generally used in the kitchen. The burger press is solid and works to squeeze ground meat onto the griddle surface to give it a nice crispy edge (just remember to use parchment paper between the meat and press or the ground beef will stick to the metal). We haven't used the shaker yet but how could it go wrong? A nice set of tools.
