It is the same type and brand which came with my scleral lens, so yes they work.

Is the storage tube recyclable?

Usually you can not put anything smaller than your fist in the recycle bin because it falls through the metal mesh. So probably not.

How should i clean the dmv tool?

I wipe mine off with alcohol and rinse with saline.
