Great little laptop
Very impressed with my new ASUS laptop. Didn't know what to expect as I have bought two Chromebooks that were so slow I couldn't use them. Not the case with this Windows laptop. It's probably not for major gaming or anything like that but for my needs it's just perfect. Good size. Not too big or small. Display isn't the most crisp or beautiful but I knew that it wouldn't be when I bought it. Great price. All and all very happy with the purchase.

What to expect
Slow response at times, battery drains quickly, screws drop out of the bottom all the time

Garbage noting but problem
Total waists of money, always get blue screen on start ups, not even worth to recycle, ASUS nothing but cheap garbage, tried work with amazon, save yourself time buy from costco or better yet goodwill

Freezes regularly
This laptop has features that I like but it freezes regularly. It is not my internet service as I can stream HULU, etc. when I am on the laptop.

Sleek Laptop
Two days after receiving, the mousepad stopped working . Really disappointing .

Slow junk
This will just barely run an internet browser. Description on Amazon is wrong and I still had to pay a restocking fee. I'm about to call it quits

Incorrect storage
Listing stated 64gb, laptop actually had 32gb total with even less after windows installation.

This is our 4th purchased Asus , three were 11.6 inch and the latest 14inch to my children, learning English typing lessons, watching useful youtube stuff and playing PlanetCraft game, Bubbles shooter, etc.. having fun during summer holiday, for several hours a day. This version is more modern and cheap, no advanced laptop needed. Thanks
