Initially it worked fine but after 1-2 use the water from cap portion started leaking and ice formation was only on the lower portion. The cover got loose for some reason. I raised a complaint with Amazon and I got a refund for defective item. I’ve started using silicone ice tray for freezing water for face massage, it’s better than this roller.

Nothing over the top . Nothing as speacial as what tik tok and instagram told me . It's a chore getting this thing frozen in the first place . Getting the cover out is another Hassel. If the upperl lid stretches out even by the slightest, sa goodbye to your dreams because it wouldn't hold the water in the first place . I liked my ice cubes better . Get it if you want to , or don't . It's just a marketing strategy to make us buy absolutely menance products anyways. I don't hate it but i don't love it . It's fine . It's whatever. Expected way better.

Though many in low price in market it was sturdy and easy to open after the ice is made

Please do not purchase the product. It will attract you but its not worth spending even a rupee. All the water leaks when you fill it and all you are left with is an emtpy rubber mould.

It's really bad. Its practically impossible to fill it it always leaks it can't even hold the ice properly

Item performed exactly as expected. No leakage. A person I watch on tiktok uses this so I wanted to try it. It was PERFECT and exactly what I wanted!

Was nervous about buying because of my sensitive skin but I Instantly noticed the darkness under my eyes go away! Helped with puffiness in my face as well. I will say, I recommend pairing it with a favorite face lotion after use because it can “burn” your skin if you have really sensitive skin. But I used lotion after using it and haven’t had any problems.

It’s hard to open when you first freeze it but my hubby pops it open and it’s good. I love it after a good workout or to just tighten up my face. It also helps with my allergies and puffy eyes
