As long as the balloons are fixed to the balloon chain, you can mix and match balloons of various colors to decorate your party.

Once it’s all assembled, how does it attach/stick to the wall? Do I need to use string and hooks?

Yes you will need to use string to hold it where your going to place it. We used ours in a marquee so could tie it to metal beam at top. Indoors I suppose depending on where you want it you could tie one end to curtain pole or tie to picture hook, mirror. Or??
