Can you use this for other sandwiches besides pb&j? Like ham and cheese ?

Yes you can use this for any sandwich that is made with bread, we used them on meat Sammy’s as my 5 year old says lol

Will the cut sandwiches fit into the Bentgo kids lunchbox?

I got the four piece set. I would think they would fit in the lunchbox. The dinosaur is a little bit tall but the circle is fairly small, but decent enough if you probably did two of them for a meal with sides. They are the perfect size in my opinion.
