This mat is so comfortable! It’s thick and while working out I didn’t have any pain. The other mats that I have used in the past did not help, but after using this mat I didn’t feel any pain. The only drawback is the strong smell that it has. I have used it for two weeks and it continues to smell.

Exactly as it looks in the picture. Perfect mat for working out. Thick enough so if you have bad knees it will provide protection.

It does have a weird smell, like fishy smell once opened from the package. But the smell gradually faded in later days. It’s very light in weight, yet very thick and soft. Great for abs workout. No pressure felt on the tailbone when doing crunches nor elbows when doing plank. It’s also non slip. The mat also comes with the strap which I can then hang the mat for storage when not used. It does leave dent mark on the mat after first use. However, that doesn’t really affect much other than the look.

I've had two knee surgeries, and my other isn't great. During this virus, not going to the gym has made my knees more sore and sort of stuff. I was looking for a yoga mat that provided the extra cushion but that wasn't too bulky that it threw off my balance. For me personally this is the perfect balance of comfort for joints, and proper stability and balance for yoga poses/moves. This came on time and in great condition. My cat got a hold of it barely, got three claw marks I was scared would just continuously progress into more tear but it has not! It seems to be really durable. It does smell a tiny bit funky (for those people who care about smells) when you first open it, but I wiped it down and aired it out, smell completely gone:) very happy and HIGHLY recommend especially for the price!
