It helps to support a humerus bone injury
I used the brace for an upper arm injury to my humerus bone and arm. The only issue I had was the shoulder strap needs to have a pad so it doesn't rub on your shoulder.

Good quality but too small
I'm not the biggest person, but the large is too small for my arm and there's no bigger sizes. I wanted a secondary brace for my broken arm and while its comfy, it's a little small
