Bought this spray to cover up a water stain due to a leak in our roof. It was easy to use and did the job of covering the stain well. It is fairly strong in smell so make sure to keep the room well ventilated. It is a very fine spray and goes far so be mindful of that when using & prep accordingly. But overall did a good job at repairing our wall.

bloque très bien les tâches et fait une bonne sous couche avant la peinture définitive.

I have used this product a few times over the years a yellow water stains on ceilings and it works a treat. It's so easy to use, you just spray on and the stain is gone. No need for paint brushes or cleaning. Be careful of the paint dust it generates though, you can see this floating through the room and it can't be healthy to inhale this so make sure all the windows are open and don't stand near it for long. By the time the dust lands it's dry and can be wiped up - much to my relief when thousands of paint speckles landed all over my black glass hob in the kitchen! However I have recently used it on a badly stained wall which had had quite serious damp problems. Once the damp was gone it left brown stains on the wall which I tried to cover with this product. Firstly the amount of paint in the can wasn't enough and secondly it hardly covered the problem. However a few coats of the liquid Stain Stop paint from a tin seems to have done the trick. I'd definitely recommend this but make sure you pick the right product for the problem - small pale areas = this, larger dark areas = tin of Stain Stop paint.

This product really does completely cover stains. It is so easy to apply especially to ceilings and saves having to repaint the whole ceiling. You simply can't see where the ceiling (or wall) was stained and blends in absolutely perfectly with surrounding white paint.

We had a leak last year and a minute's worth of dripping browned up a large area of the ceiling. It takes about a day to dry up properly and become invisible to the naked eye. But if you spray from a distance, and don't let it cluster up and spread like lava, in folds, then you're bound to like what it does. If you look up close, you can still see it because there's an obvious difference in texture. You simply can't mimic the stroke of the brush or the sponge. Still, it's a fabulous product if you use it over a period of a few days, adding a new, thin coat each time, and waiting for it to dry up properly. Whatever you do, don't touch it for a day! If you end up with clumps or thumbprints, you could try doing what I did. Take a sheet of paper or plastic, cover the sprayed area, and slide a ruler over it to make it flush with the wall/ceiling again. Then add a thin layer again and again over the course of the next few days. That's what I did with the stain in this picture. If you look up close, you can see that it's not perfect, but it's nowhere near what it was like when I touched it. Yikes!
