I had this cart, and it originally had the cart liner, however, I don't know what happened to it. I like the cart as it does not take up a lot of space in my vehicle, it is lightweight, and since I live in an apartment that has a parking garage, but no reserved parking spaces, I never know where I will be parking. If I have a lot of items to carry into my apartment, I don't want to make multiple trips or break my back carrying too many items. Now, I can just put everything in the cart and make one trip. This cover fit perfectly and the price was great.

It is a thicker material for better durability than the original.
It has nice large Velcro loops to secure the liner to the cart, and they do not come apart when you fold the cart.
