It works perfectly.
It was totally plug n play. The buttons are big enough to read easily and the display is clear. I love that is plug-in or battery run - smart! I hope it lasts!

Just one small problem
Very pleased with the scale, however, it DID NOT come with the bracket that holds the display as pictured. The screws were included, but no bracket. There wasn't a list of what was included in the listing nor in the instructions. I assumed it came with everything pictured. I had great difficulty finding something that would work.

Durable and accurate
My son has wrestled for 12 plus years. We frequently have other wrestlers come to our house to practice. This includes weighing in. Every year we have had to buy a new scale, until we bought this scale. We have not had to get a new scale and it is wonderful! Very accurate and durable. We move it quite often.

Scale not accurate for certain weight ranges
First of all, I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. This scale has a very specific problem. When you weigh something that is within ±400g of 70kg, it will read 70.00kg. Here are some examples: if the weight is 69.6kg, 69.7kg, 69.9kg, 70.0kg, 70.2kg, or 70.4kg, the scale will show 70.00kg. The same problem happens at 25kg. I have only tried 25kg and 70kg. However, I assume there are other weights for which this is probably true as well. I normally us pounds - so the problem was not so obvious, because 25kg = 55.2 lbs, and 70kg = 154.5 lbs. But the moment I switched to kg, you could clearly see the problem as the scale would read 25.00kg or 70.00kg exactly. Note that I had first calibrated the scale with a weight of 50.00 lbs. When I weigh this weight, it accurately shows 50.0 lbs. When you add for example 0.2 lbs, it will show 50.2 lbs. So that is good. But once you reach 54.3 lbs, the scale will show 55.2 lbs due to the problem explained above. This appears to be a software problem in the chipset they use in this scale. When you reach within a certain range of these weights, the scale automatically reverts to for example 25kg or 70kg. I would say it is a bug in the software. I happen to weigh around 70kg (154.5 lbs) - and so this scale always shows 154.5 lbs even when my weight fluctuates. That is not useful to me. Furthermore, I already know this problem also exists at 25kg and 70kg. I assume it also happens at other weights the same way. That means I cannot trust this scale and I will return it. The most important aspect of a scale is its accuracy. A lot of people test this by weighing themselves multiple times. I believe most bathroom scales manage this with a software feature. If you get a very similar weights within a short time, they will show you the first measurement. And thereby you get the same result again and again. This can fool you into believing the scale is accurate. I have tested this with multiple scales. A scale should just output whatever it weighs onto its display. You can see that at the digital scales at the airport - they do that. So it is certainly possible. However, many of these lower-priced scales probably use the same sensors, chipset and software with the above problems. You would have to re-write the software to correct the problems, but the manufacturers of these scales probably just use the chipsets as is. And so they all have problems. I am still looking for one that works properly.
