These replacement parts for the Xbox elite controller 2 are perfect drop ins. I can't tell the difference between the originals and these replacements. The colored paddles and d-pad adds a nice accent to the black controller.

Good quality parts, but not made quite as good as OEM parts. The parts fit the controller exactly, and looks as good as original parts. All parts work good as expected.

They look nice in the photos, but the joysticks don't feel that good when using them. Overall, I don't think they're worth the cost.
