The first aid kit is really helpful. I feel like it has everything you need. It also has a small instruction. The PAN fled inside with all the content of the box and how you can use it. And what you should use it for and a small, first aid guide. The size of the box is good and it's really packed with everything that you could need everything that you could dream of needing on an emergency.
