Colour Catcher Max Protect Laundry Sheets, Helps Prevent Colour Run and Protects Brightness - 60 Sheets

I have been using colour catcher sheets consistently since 2024 and have gone through multiple packs, so this is based on long-term use rather than a single wash. I mainly use these for mixed loads (lights and colours together), especially with newer items that tend to release dye. After each wash, the sheet comes out visibly tinted, which shows it’s capturing loose dye that would otherwise transfer onto other clothes. In the photo, you can see how much colour was absorbed from a standard load. The rest of the laundry came out clean with no noticeable colour transfer. What I have found over time: • Consistent dye absorption across many washes • Helps reduce colour run in mixed loads • Simple to use — just add a sheet to the drum • No impact on fabric or detergent performance Comparison: I have used other brands (including Dr Beckmann), and these are more thicker in my experience. Cons: • The sheets could be a bit larger — for heavier or very mixed loads, I sometimes use two for extra protection Things to keep in mind: • Still worth separating heavily dyed or brand-new items if you’re unsure • Results depend on how much dye is released in the wash Overall: they do what they are supposed to do and help simplify washing mixed colours.

Really useful for mixed washes, especially if you’re worried about colours running. Easy to use, just throw a sheet in and it does the job. Helps keep colours looking fresh and avoids any unwanted dye transfer. Been using these for a while now and they’ve worked well every time.

Amazing product, I now wash bold colours with the lighter colours I would usually put to wash with whites! I first bought these for use of baby clothes that were mainly white but with patterns and it works great so we now use it for more. We use one per wash, I wouldnt recommend using more than once as I don't think it would be effective. Easy to use, just put in with the desired wash! Good sized product at a good price.

Leaving 4 stars 🌟 but withholding 1 for these reasons. The colour catchers do their job, I have used and loved them for many, many years with my previous washing machine. They're reliable and they've saved alot of half empty washes and time. 1 star 🌟 left out though just to leave a warning I didn't think I'd experience. We've since invested in a new Hoover washer dryer and before the weekend we had to call an engineer out because the machine had stopped working, the engineer came back into the room today and told me to stop using those colour catchers! He said he can't count how many times he's had to say that to customers who he's been called out to. I'm very fortunate we have cover for accidental damage or we'd have had to pay a decent chunk for the call out. I told him for many years I've used them with no issue with my Swan washing machine but apparently they don't seem compatible with the Hoover washerdryer, we've only had it for 3 months and already needed a call out with that issue. It's a very good product that I'm upset that I have to find a replacement for with this new machine, so all I say is if you get a new machine and it gets a filter problem, please consider it to be these. Now for the disappointing job for a new 'colour catcher' sheet.

I use these in every wash and never had an issue with colours running. Have put multiple new coloured towels in a single load with no problem. Only recommendation would be to put them in a bag as they have a tendency of getting lost in the clothes.

These sheets on miraculous! They have saved my expensive towels which were looking super shabby. They look fabulous now, back to the way they were onthe day I bought them.
