Very good . This is very useful, easy to use as it can just roll on . Works for a long time and relief pain for a period of time

This stuff works wonders.

I need y'all to understand how much of this stuff I use and love. Seriously. I do like the roll-on a tad better than the spray only because the spray comes out EVEN colder if that's possible and the roller is easier to apply to the exact spot. But man, this stuff sure does work.

I do physical therapy on my neck and shoulders three times because I have broken my shoulder and had to have a complete replacement. My P. T. specialist has me doing a set of exercisers three times a day and using it after the heat to cool the area after. It has been a wonderful way to cool the area down and not have to use anything else in the way of pain relief. It is much better than using ice for 20 minuets three times a day.

When you apply it, you immediately feel a strong cooling sensation. It gives noticeable relief, especially after workouts or when my knees feel sore. The only downside is that the relief doesn’t last very long. You may need to reapply depending on your pain level. Still, it works quickly and is convenient to use because of the roll-on applicator.
