I lost 5 pounds in a week and all food cravings are gone. I am down to 135 pounds - for reference I am 5’8 and 51 years old. I only have 5 more pounds to achieve my goal weight. I do workout 5 days a week and eat healthy including meal prepping. My biggest issue was late night snacking or poor snacking which I no longer have a desire for. I sometimes have force myself to eat and I can go longer periods of time without eating. I pretty much only eat meals now, no need for snacks. It truly has made a difference! I hope these gummies continue to have the same effect after taking it a while.

Can’t verify if it is effective or not since i just got it. I can verify it taste good is soft and fresh. Sealed good. It’s a soft gummy and not sticky enough to pull fillings out. I will update later as to it’s effectiveness. It has done nothing so far. I would not recommend. It’s a disappointment for a bulletproof product! Still has done absolutely nothing. My husband has been taking these for over a year now and he has seen a dramatic improvement in his intestine functions. He takes one every morning before work and now swears by them. He is over 50, if that matters. We have the subscribe and save and never run out of them. Apple Cider is so good for you you and if you don't want to drink it this is the gummy for you. He says there is no after taste and he does not "burp" up apple cider after taking them.

I have ordered these gummies 2 or 3 times before and they were great. Soft and easy to chew! I like them because they have zero grams of sugar and they have chromium picolinate which helps with appetite. This time the jar I received is dry and they are verrry hard to chew. They are not expires so I’m not sure what the issue is. If this were my first jar I would not order again.
