Quality product at a good price.
A great choice for tubeless yard equipment like trailers, broadcasters, and wheelbarrows. High quality & durable, at a good price. I make sure all of my valve stems aren’t cracking and hold air pressure every spring. These valve stems are easily installed and seal well every time I’ve used them. I generally replaced mine about every 4 years on my tubeless wheels.

Installed easily in rim, but don't lube with WD40
Reviews here are mixed from various products, but at least the item is mentioned on the line marked "size," here the 5-pack of TR414 valve stems. Five of these seemed excessive, since I just had one tire on my 2007 Subaru that went flat due to a cracked stem, but the price was right. These were nearly the same as the old ones, other than being marked "CHINA" instead of "JAPAN" and that the rubber was still "live." They also include the valve cores. Installing the stem in the rim was easy, with a little soap for lubricant. Eventually (not a trivial task with the equipment I had) I was able to get the tire back on the rim, and all was well, no leaks. Then I found the second tire with a cracked stem. And after only 13 years of use. Yes, I was glad there were five stems in the package.Update 9 July 2021: So far no leaks, but since Amazon has deleted the "comments" on reviews I feel I should respond to the one complaining about the valve stems being made in China and breaking after a year, then noting the parts were installed using a "silicone spray." These, and likely even valve stems that are not made in China, are made with EPDM Rubber, which according to the Wikipedia article is resistant to deterioration from ozone and UV, but is NOT compatible with oils and various solvents. Silicone sprays, including the ever-popular WD40, contain petroleum distillates which could easily cause the rubber to become brittle and crack. DO NOT USE SILICONE SPRAYS TO INSTALL THE VALVE STEMS. I used Ivory Dishwashing Liquid for the lubricant, which should be safe. I'll update this review if the stems crack before the tires need replacement.Second update, 23 May 2024: Well, one of these cracked, after only four years. Not sure if it was just the stem going bad, or if it had "help" since the cap went missing. But the other three are still holding air. The tires, however, are in need of replacement after only 17 years....
