Q: What is the ratio allulose to monk fuit?

In general, allulose is around 70% as sweet as sugar. It's then coupled with monkfruit which is around 200x sweeter than sugar. So while I can't tell you how much of each ingredient there is by weight, the vast majority will be allulose. That accounts for 70% of the sweetness. It then only takes a very small amount of monk fruit, because it's so much sweeter, to make up the difference that brings it to a 1:1 measurement comparison with normal sugar. So it's not an exact ratio, but most of what's in the bag should be allulose.

Q: Does it upset the stomach like malitol etc?

I have used multiple forms of Monkfruit sugar (powder, granular, etc) and none have upset my stomach nor have any after taste.

Q: What is the grade of the monk fruit extract? my understanding is that grades can range from 7%-50% w/mogroside v50 being the best. thanks so much!

I do not know. The bag says packaged in the USA so I assume that it is made somewhere else but I do not knew where, it is a good question to ask the company
