I took a chance with this headset as I was unsure if it would work with my work laptop. Not only does it work great, the range is great, the sound quality is great. I would recommend highly if you are thinking about purchasing. Yes there's cheaper ones, and more expensive ones. Overall for a mid-range priced headset i'm very very happy.

A good value wireless headset perfect for using via your computer (windows not tested it on a Mac) for Teams, Zoom or VOIP app. Headset is comfy for long hours of use and sound quality is more than acceptable but not outstanding.

Having previously paid around three times the price, I was nervous about cheaper models as I need headsets for business use for up to eight hours every day, so quality and reliability are key. So, when I received these my immediate impression was of the EKSA’s excellent, solid build quality, equally as good as many, at least, premium price alternatives. The bluetooth pairing to a Win10 laptop was quick and easy and the voice and sound quality in Teams meetings is excellent, event when walking around the house. The headsets are comfortable and, so far, battery and chargers seems fine. I am absolutely delighted with these headsets, one of the best value for money purchases I’ve made.

Really difficult to use . Even when using the blue tooth dongle it’s erratic and can be crackly. It seems to switch itself off / disconnect. You finish a call , and when the next one comes in minutes later you can’t hear the person on the other end without resetting the device.

I recently purchased the EKSA H5 Bluetooth Headset with Microphone AI-Powered ENC for work, and it has been a game changer for my productivity. Working from home and in the office can be challenging, but this headset has made it much easier. I love that I can use it all day without having to worry about the battery running out. The sound quality is excellent, and the microphone works great for conference calls. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality Bluetooth headset.

Bought these in Sep 22. I loved the range I could move from my desk and the sound (on my end) was great. However, it has now come to the point while on Zoom and Teams calls that the people on the other end keep saying that all they can hear is a crackling sound. This is now happening on most calls.This really is not acceptable when I am the host or am presenting. So, these ones will have to go in the draw as a spare/stopgap should the new ones I purchase stops working.

All working well so far (only been using this for a week) but looking good

The headset is poorly balanced and not comfortable if are using it all day. Connects well and is clear, I would not recommend it.
