Playaboule Glow in The Dark LED Day Night Lighted Bocce Ball Set Choose 107mm or 85mm

I love this game! My family loves to play it both day and night! They especially like it at night! The balls glow great and the battery life is long. I did buy new batteries after about 1 year. We first saw these at my sister's house. Loved them, and bought some for ourselves. Then our married kids also wanted sets! The colors are bright. Fits in your hand perfectly. Nice weight for tossing. Play on your lawn outside day or night!

We ordered these balls after seeing other people playing them on the beach, and they are a lot of fun! They are great for camping in the evening when you can't do much else, because the lighted balls show up great and have really cool colors! They are sturdy and easy to turn on and off. It does take a bit of time to initially put in all the batteries, but mine have lasted for a while now. The bag is nice and convenient, and it has space to store extra batteries and the ruler that comes with it. Great set and lots of fun!! Just FYI, I don't think they are "official" bocce ball weight if that matters. It doesn't really make a difference unless you are picky about it. The only issue we had was that one of the red balls was hit by another ball and it must have hit it in just the right way to mess up the switch, because it would not stay on. However I emailed customer service and even though it was past the 90 day warranty (we have had the set about 6 mo and played about 5 times) they immediately replied and are sending us a replacement switch. I think it was just a fluke the way that the ball got hit, and I don't anticipate any more issues. The switches worked fine otherwise. Customer service was great and gave a fast response!

These are awesome for family fun. We bought them for camping in our RV, we were concerned about how bright they would be. These balls are AMAZING and surprisingly bright. We will be purchasing more of these as gifts for family. Definitely a bargain for the price and the fun we had getting our pre- teens and teenagers totally excited about the game in the dark. Having the ability to make them solid or blink or fade out is so cool. The kids loved being able to personalize theirs.

This set is great. It's just the right size for small hands. We played in the dark, in the woods, while camping and it was a blast. We used it multiple times to include daytime during our weekend. Fun was had from all ages in our group. The baby loved watching the balls at night!

This is a great set of bocce balls for the whole family-day and night. My only complaint (4 stars) is that one of my yellow balls cracked only having used it on the grass maybe 5 times. I plan on super gluing the crack before next use, and that should hopefully solve the issue. Overall a fun set, and the light up in the dark makes for perfect evening play!

One of the balls didn’t glow but I was about to return it easily and the second set worked great. Playing at night is so fun! My boyfriend loved it as his birthday gift.

I've owned the Playaboule travel set for over 8 years and they're great. Everyone loves them and I've had friends purchase glow bocce sets after using mine because they're just plain a good time. I recently compared the Playaboule set to the GoSports 85mm bocce set and these are my observations - Playaboule - During daytime, colors are vibrant and distinguishable - During nighttime, colors are vibrant. The yellow and red balls are slightly less bright than GoSports' yellow and red balls - The button to turn on each ball is small and slightly recessed which can make it less easy to turn on. However, this design prevents the ball from turning off if it hits the ground directly on the button area. It also keeps the ball uniform. - The battery access is a slit that can be turned with a butter knife, quarter, or sturdy fingernail etc. - The balls come with a semi rigid case to store and carry everything GoSports - During daytime, colors are pale, milky and less distinguishable - During nighttime, colors are vibrant. The yellow and red balls are slightly brighter than Playaboule's - The button to turn on each ball is large, easily pressed and not recessed. This can cause the ball light to turn off if the ball lands directly on that area on a hard surface/object - The battery access requires a special three-pronged key that comes with the kit. - The balls come with a drawstring bag to store and carry everything The cost of each is about the same. They both come with measuring tape. I've only needed Playaboule's customer service once and they sent me a free light replacement. I like the foam-padded carrying case to prevent scratching up the balls and prefer not having to worry about losing a special key to access the battery area. I also like that the recessed button area, while less easy to turn on, prevents the ball from getting turned off and also keeps the game more fair-play and even so you're not worrying about whether you're going to hit that soft spot that could affect how the ball rolls. I would not consider these to be child sized - that's a little misleading. These are 85mm sized balls that are smaller because they are meant to travel easier. Easy to take camping or to beach trips. PS - Playaboule, I hope you come out with a tropical colors version!

Brightly colored and light up well in the dark. Was a fun game on the beach at night.

Great product!!... adds a different experience to bocci ball... paid a little extra but well worth the investment... don't settle for comparable inferior brands... it needs to be playaboule ... looking forward to playing with the grandkids when they come home this thanksgiving!!

These are great for when the days get shorter and you need to get people outside having fun, wasted or sober. I'm not even into bocce but these make getting outside in the dark fun, making up rules as we go. It's a kid magnet so make sure you don't bring them out too close to bedtime. My friend had the previous generation with the 4 button batteries and this one with the 2 lithium batteries are far superior and brighter. Just be sure to put your name on the bag as everyone will want to borrow these.

My parents bought this product 5 years ago and it still works perfect (we did have to put new batteries in) we play all the time and have made it apart of our Christmas tradition. I have brought it camping and people always ask where I got it. These bad boys are durable... I have accidentally chucked them in the ocean, river and down a cliff. And they still work! I just purchased for my sister in law for Christmas and I know they will love it! There are cheaper versions I have seen that are not playaboule brand but from what I have heard is they break and the lights don’t work all the time. Worth the extra money to get this brand.
