Great solution for livestreamers
Basically it adds HDMI output to any USB webcams. I do livestream on amazon and I found this UVC device very helpful as it allows me to use high quality 4K web cameras in a compact setup, powered by battery packs.

Doesn't come with a PSU
I haven't actually tried it yet, so this review will be updated. It's a $169 device that requires a power supply and doesn't come with one. Come on, now! UPDATE: Total fail. It never worked. It also took days to go back and forth with their support rep. First suggestion? Use a 2A power supply!!!! Really?? If that was important, it should have been included. Turns out, it wasn't the problem, and the unit only ever draws .7A. Tried several cables, cameras, same result: got the startup splash screen, and a brief flash of the camera picture, then black. And yes, it got HOT, and there's an internal fan that buzzes. As much as I really need this function, this is no a working solution.

When it Worked
UPDATE: The "Buzzing" is from a small fan to help cool the unit. It takes a while to quiet down. The glitching we experienced was due to it down grading from 4k to 1080p. Once the sync issues were resolved, there was only an occasional glitch. The timing of that can be circumvented by switching to another camera just before the glitch occurs. Most of the issues have now been resolved, but these things need to be noted with the product. That is the only reason I'm not increasing it to a full 5 stars. In fact, I'm picking up 3 more units. When it worked, it was great! However, after a six hour burn in process, the unit began buzzing. Even though the seller says it doesn't make noise, it does with a small vibration. Into the seventh hour of burn-in, the unit began getting very warm. Not soon after that, the video began to flicker on and off. Not long afterwards, the video feed completely cut out. The resetting process made no change and the product has failed. It seemed like a promising product. I'm thinking about using the product TAO as it appears to be much the same as this one even though the price is higher than it should be. There is one more option I've been looking at considering the unreliability of this product. The only thing that's keeping it from a low rating is the possibility of replacement from the Seller.

VERY FINICKY
When they work, they work well, but you usually have to power the camera from the DC in and then power the converter too. You also can’t update the remote’s presets through this. You have to unplug the remote and usb receiver, then plug them into your computer, open app, update the presets, then plug it all back into the HDMI receiver. Also, they cannot just take any cable, you must use the cables they came with or MOST of the time they won’t work …but sometimes they will. And sometimes they will and then they’ll stop.

Nice converter with a few issues
I was successfully able to use this with some existing USB webcams. They were not OBSBot cameras. The problem is this converter introduces some lag. I cannot speak at this time whether or not there is any lag with an OBSBot camera. In my eyes, this would be a good fit for reusing a USB cam with an HDMI switcher if you use it for a top-down or otherwise secondary camera.

UVC to HDMI adapter not working
This is the second one I have tried to get to work. I have purchased a 5v 2amp USB charger and a quality USB video/power cable to operate this device and the internal green light of the device continues to cycle on and off even on this second unit. Until they come up with their own charger and cables that let the unit operate correctly I will not purchase another one or encourage anyone else to do so.

A little slow.
Lagging and slow when recording video. Right now is sitting in my studio still in the box because I was unable to use it. So I held on to it for no other reason but to hope I can find something that I can use it for I don't know but for the most part it works but it's just a little slow

Works in converting USB camera signal to HDMI and I used with a Logitech PTZ camera. Inexpensive enough to buy one and test out with your USB camera. I then fed that signal into a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro which also had an AVer PTZ camera connected. No issues.

Una pena que no fuese compatible con mi cam, pero se le dara uso

I bought a couple of these so I could turn my USB webcams into HDMI to run through my ATEM Mini Pro. It works great - no issues at all.
