Dislikes: it is a little difficult to pull the top completely off to empty it when full, but in a way, this is probably a good thing. As it won't accidentally open and empty its contents in your pocket! Not so much as a dislike, more of an annoyance.🤔🙂Likes: looks very nice, firm closure, so it won't empty its contents in your pocket by accidentally popping open. I have other brands of pocket ashtrays with a different design, and they, on many occasions, opened up and spilled ash and my spent butts into my pocket. This pocket ashtray this is very, very unlikely to happen due to its tight fit.Even though the fit is tight, it is still fairly easy to open, it has a locking mechanism at both the top, and will stop at the one at the bottom to prevent accidentally spilling any earlier use.Too empty it, you have to fully close it, grasp it by the top and get a very firm grip at the bottom part, then pull it out vertically very quickly. I strongly suggest this be done in a vertical fashion, otherwise, doing this horizontally could, and will usually spill the contents all over the place. If you do it vertically, make sure you are centered over the waste receptacle, otherwise, chances are the content won't fall into the waste receptacle, but on the ground or floor.It may or may not hold up to 6 cigarette butts, it is NOT designed for cigars! It depends on the size of cigarette, king size it may hold a few more cigarette butts, however 100mm(extra long/long) cigarettes the maximum it will hold is usually 3 to 4.It's a perfect addition for any smoker, and it has a quick release hasp that makes it easy to keep it on your keychain, and remove when needed for use.I love mine, and can highly recommend this pocket ashtray. It's the best one I've found, and the most reliable one for not accidentally opening in my pocket!

This is one of the best portable ashtrays I've ever had! Easy to clip on my purse and use. No smell that I can detect. Closes tightly. Have to pull down hard on bottom part to slide it down to empty, I had to watch the video cause at first I couldn't get it to open🤦🏻‍♀️ I wasn't pulling hard enough, lol. I gave the 2nd one to my brother who loves it. Would definitely buy again if needed.

I purchased this item, received 2. 1 opens with no issues, is fairly easy to open and empty. The 2nd one will not open at all, so I know it's defective. As far as usage goes, they are very convenient. I use mine at work, we have no outdoor ashtray. As far as odor, no odor once closed. I do enjoy the size can carry in my pocket. Gave it a 4 star because of the defective one I received.

Purchased them for my daughter to keep with her since she started smoking while going through Chemo. It fits in her bag so she always has it with her whenever she needs to light up for pain management...Great Purchase!!!

I moved to clean city where there aren't any cigarette butts laying around, anywhere. If I wrapped it up, my handbag/car would stink or it was still smoldering (not smart). I got this thinking it was silly, it's absolutely not. Tap into it while you smoke, put the butt in afterwards, ash tight, air tight. You were never THERE, LOL. The oval one holds four butts of my longer sized cigarettes. Extremely well made.

Looks nice but it is too small. After you put a cig in it is VERY hard to get the cig out and you can only put one cig at a time in. I returned it and got something I like much better.

I really like this but I STILL cannot get it to come apart to empty! So frustrating!!!For those that can empty theirs, I’m sure you love this little container. So convenient. I have to pull out each butt. One day, I’m sure I can figure it out.
