Great product!
It does what it promises but they are a bit expensive. If they had a better price I would buy them more often. It also seems that if you take them while being in calorie deficit, weight loss is a bit faster. Definitely a great product!

Made me hungrier.
This product was easy to take. However, it did make me REALLY hungry for Carbs, which I normally, and easily, restrict. Luckily, taken alongside the recommendation of Apple Pectin, I did not gain any weight, but I definitely didn't lose any.
