Damaged packaging for intended gift

This was intended as a Valentine's gift however the condition it arrived in makes it NOT gift worthy. The box was bent and torn. The contents seem intact. Smells nice...a little sweet which is what I was looking for. Would suggest better packaging for shipping or whatever it takes to resolve the issue of damaged packaging as I read the same issue in other reviews but was hoping for a different result. Did not happen : /
