My overall health seems to have improved since I started taking these. I can't be certain of a correlation but... maybe. They DO NOT smell good though. Yeesh.

I wasn’t sure I felt a difference… till I ran out. Normally I don’t notice anything from my vitrines but after not having them I noticed I was less focused and felt like I didn’t have as much energy. I feel like the quality is definitely better than most. It didn’t have any weird after taste either. Huge plus

Great vitamin but the vitamin B is very strong and if this makes you nauseous, you might want to try something else…

First, this is a great vitamin. I could tell (at half a dose) an increase in energy. Now, I take the full dose (2 pills per day) and energy is up as well as a better night of sleep. I had given this item a 1 star because the outer Solray label didn't match the ingredients on the listing. Well, after talking to the Solray reps, Amazon had covered up the Lift Here tab on the Solray bottle. Now, with that resolved, the item's description and the listing's description are the same.

This is not a great product. Besides the smell and horrible taste that you burp up. This multivitamin made me very tired and always feeling blah. I was always feeling tired the whole day after I took it. Once I cut it out, my energy levels went back up. This product is Nothing like the other multivitamin products they make. I have always loved the quality of Solaray products and have been using them for years. The Specto multi by Solaray was always a favorite of mine. Unless they change this formula, I’d pass on this one.
