Great smoke flavor
These chips had break smoke flavor. But they took forever to get properly smoking. The smoke is definitely a great addition to ribs and pork butt.

Great product. Best wood chips on the market. Only downside is a little pricey

Virtually no charred pieces
I've been buying these for years. This particular batch was 99% plain wood chips with VERY little charring on the pieces. Charring is where the flavor is. Not sure if I just got a bad batch or what. I threw them away. I will stick with local suppliers for these so I can inspect what I'm buying
