Seem to be doing the trick

Started keto diet with taking two of these per day after day 3 took 3 now I am on 5 per day on day 6. 2 in morning and 3 before bed and am in keto optimal level waking with a keto bloods of 1.6 in the morning. Highly recommend easy to take. No side effects for me. Anyone looking for a healthy supplement and wants to aid a keto diet. This is recommended
