Solid knives
This is a good sturdy knife, I have the one with the Rosewood scales. It’s compact yet it has good weight to it, holds an edge pretty good and is fairly easy to sharpen. It’s a great EDC and makes a good backup survival knife. The thick full tang blade gives it enough weight to do some light chopping and it feels great in the hand. It’s well worth the price. You won’t be disappointed

Best all-around knife on Amazon
With one exception. The sheath is not real leather. But they are not hard to make if you have the right tools and know how to wet-form. The knife itself, being the focus here, is absolutely the perfect style, size, weight, steel, everything, including the blade shape. Mine was not marked with the D2 mark, which I appreciate, as I don't like markings unless they are makers marks. The rosewood is beautiful. Mine has copper fittings instead of brass, which I find unique as well, as most that you see have brass. Sharp! But of course, can be brought to a razor if preferred, which I did. I cut the little 'obviously decorative' fake leather string from the lanyard hole, and will replace with a black boot or shoestring, but to be honest, I don't like having these attached in the field as they may catch on a limb or something, and this knife is not strapped down in the sheath, only friction seated. GREAT KNIFE!

Nice Knife - Needed More Work Before It Left the the Factory!
This knife has some real potenital to be the "go-to" but for the "fit and finish." The knife feels great in the hand and is pretty sharp as delivered. The knife needs some sharpening before field use. This issue with "fit and finish" is in the handle. The metal full tang and rivets are not ground flat ... can feel the edges - just like a cheaper guitar that has rough frets overhanging the edge of the fretboard. Not fatal, but a distraction. The wood handle has a great finish that would be ruined by any of my amateur attempts to smooth the rough edges. Because of that, I will use from time to time, but will not be my "go to." I guess, in this case, you get what you pay for ... and for the money it is a nice knife and value.

Very good all around fixed blade knife
Excellent knife for the price, solid build quality, full tang D2 steel should last a long long time, out of my fixed blade knife collection, this is probably my first go-to if I'm out camping, inexpensive enough to not feel guilty beating on/splitting wood for a campfire, my recommendation is also buy a sharpener, money well spent 👍

Looks Good
I bought this knife for my daughter who lives, with her husband and dog, the 100lb puppy, in a yurt on 30 acres of property and is surrounded by another 300 + acres of mostly unimproved timber land “Lions and Critters and Bears” Oh My.She needed a good knife to carry with her around the property. She skins, cuts, chops, and whatever else one would need a knife for in that type of environment. To me, the knife seems to be of good quality, looks good and feels good in my hand. Not too heavy and not to light. It feels like it should hold up under daily use…. we’ll see.My wife liked it so much I bought one for her as well. We live in the city so the one my wife has will only be on call upon as needed. More than likely, it's just going to lie around and look good and be occasionally called upon for active duty. They last longer that way. I will update this review in the next few weeks/months and let you know my opinion.

Nice Bushcrafting Knife. Bad Bonded Leather Sheath.
I love the knife. The blade came sharp, is roughly 3/16" thick and balanced just right. The size is perfect for a camp knife, bushcrafting knife or all-around EDC knife. My only complaint is with the bonded leather sheath that is complete garbage! It's too thin and will not last if worn for any length of time. I replaced it with a thick, top-grain leather sheath which totally completed the package for a heavy duty EDC knife. If you're looking for a better than typical, budget bushcrafting knife and you're willing to spend a bit more for a proper leather sheath, this knife is worth the try. I gave just three stars because they cut corners on the sheath which is an extremely important part of a fixed blade knife package, and a point of safety because it protects the knife and it protects you from the knife. Never compromise on a fixed blade knife sheath!

Sweet!
This knife is outstanding and I got it when the reduced the sale price. D2 steel varies in performance according to the way that it was manufactured and ground. So far, this D2 is excellent. The scabbard is made well enough and out of decent leather but it is design flawed. The belt loop is too large for most ofy belts causing the entire sheath to rise when I attempt to present the knife. Very annoying! I mostly remedied this by punching a hole in the upper belt loop and the back of the sheath and I fastened the sheath and loop together at the his point using a Chicago screw. Eventually, I willake a custom leather sheath for this knife.Don't let the sheath stop you. It is adequate! The knife is sharp, beautiful, and, it became one of my straight blade carry favorites as soon as I unpacked it.I highly recommend this knife which cost me under $20.00 on sale.
