Surprisingly great quality, and larger than others so it makes a perfect half pound patty. I'm so surprised how good this product is, how solid and durable, and how well it just plain works, at this price. Great product. Highly recommend!

Just this summer, I finally reached that point where I was tired of typically-sized hamburgers, as sold in stores, typically 4 oz. each, vanishing under the bun when they were cooked. So I bought this unit and made a big batch of my own. These are the ideal size for 5⅓ oz. hamburgers (one-third pound). Once cooked, they fit the bun to perfection. I love the little ridges in the patty the form makes, that make it easier to remove the wax paper disks they come with. Supposedly, they also make the burger less likely to stick to the grill, and make it cook better. As to that, I haven't enough experience, yet, to testify. But if you prefer a bigger, better, burger, this is a great way to make them yourself. Bonus: making your own burgers is cheaper, so they say.

This was perfect for making burgers. Love the paper it comes with. Cleans very nice. Wish the handle was metal as well but still works good. Nice size for burgers. It's a little sticky to get the burgers out. Makes the thickness of the burgers perfect for cooking!

I ordered this product for our upcoming family trip. I wanted to prep burger patties for freezing. This worked great. I made 24 patties in no time. My patties were 5.0 oz the indention's were there. I think the indentions would show better if you use less meat. Cleaning and storage is easy. It’s ver light weight.

Easy to use, makes great, uniform hamburger patties. Easy cleanup when finished. Easy to store as the handle unscrews so it takes upo much less space.

I bought this patty press to replace a plastic press that had the top press crack.I did find that the metal press in this kit is the same size so I can use it with the old plastic press. The reason that I like that idea is because the plastic press has a removable insert between the top and bottom of the press. This eliminates the need for wax paper under the patty.The main reason I bought this press is because of the material and durability. It's metal. It works well and the price is reasonable.It cleans easily, it's the right size, and it has the wax paper.One caveat, you have to use the wax paper or the ground beef will stick in the press.
