Record Cleaning Solution

I really like this cleaner spray! I used it on a 50 year old record, and it looks great! It also works well on CDs. I just take the cloth it comes with, spray some cleaner on it, and wipe the record or CD with it gently. Very easy to use. I am glad I bought this!

Works well. I have bought this twice. I’ve been using it to clean my record collection, which has been stored in the basement and not played for many years. I’m cleaning all the records - hundreds - and now enjoying listening to vinyl once again.

My vinyl records were very dirty from being stored for over 30 years. I wanted something that was quick and easy to clean them with. This spray filled that purpose well enough. There is no doubt there are products that do a more thorough job but I am happy with this.

I bought this bottle because I knew I wouldn't run out quickly and I have a lot of vinyl. I tossed the record cleaning solution that came with a kit (4oz) and used this instead. Perfect. I wet the velvet brush throughly (brush was from an unrelated cleaning kit) and held light pressure onto the surface of the vinyl record going against the grain. This wet clean is effective, simple but take your time. You want to get into the grooves and air dry. I had no problems or issues, just great Sounding records, even on new vinyl. You will be surprised at how much better the records sound....two thumbs up...

I was given a bin of loose records. Trying my best to find an option to clean these records so I could play them, I found this on Amazon. I didn’t have the cash to put down on a spin clean or something expensive, I had to look at a cheaper option. The first few records I do not read the directions correctly and I noticed that the records did play better but there was a lot of pops when playing. The Hendrix album is a good example. That album was absolutely filthy and it cleaned up well but I did not follow the directions and there were a lot of pops. After a few albums I reread the directions and started cleaning the way the way they directed in the albums sounded terrific. The trick to it is to be very patient and take your time. The only issue I had was that the first few records I did were absolutely filthy and my cloth got dirty very quickly. I had to wash the cloth so they could reuse it again. I did not want to re-introduce the dirt to other records. The maker could use to add more cloths to the box.

Works amazing.

So far this is the best record cleaning solution I have used.I used it on a record that I have used several different methods of cleaning and this did the best.
