Sesame oil has become one of my most versatile ingredients for my food. It’s got a lovely nutty smell and taste and adds such a new depth to food. I use it on tofu, rice, eggs, crisped pancakes you name it. It goes great with soy sauce to make a dip for dumplings etc. this little bottle is great quality and for the price it lasts well as a little goes a long way.
