what is the ratio? 4:1? 5:1?

I certainly wouldn't take a full teaspoon 3 x's per day! And no one should be telling you what amount to take. If you have GI/stomach/bowel issues, hypertension issues, have hyperthyroid problems, PVC's, prone to nervousness or anxiety I wouldn't take it. They are not giving accurate dose information! You can't just figure 1/3 tsp and know how many mg are in that amount! It varies with how it's made. They should be clearly telling us how many milligrams are in 1/3 tsp and they aren't! I would be buying from this company because of their obscurity on this issue! They also should be warning buyers of side effects and incompatibilities...they don't! Very irresponsible!

Does this have to be boiled or can you mix it in a cold drink?

I mixed 1/4 tsp of it into a warm cup of Nettle tea made with 1 Tbsp loose tea leaves, 12 oz distilled water and it tasted very earthy. If you like earthy teas you won’t mind the taste as much. I actually enjoyed it.
