Seni Active Super Plus, Underwear for Heavy Incontinence, Large, 18 Count (Pack of 4)

I take care of a senior female with incontinence. A friend told me about these incontinence diapers and since I purchased them, I have thrown out all the other brands I bought. These are the best on the market. They have a gel inside that holds urine so that the user does not sit in a wet diaper and get a rash or uti. They hold well through the night. The elastic around the edges seals well so there is no leakage. I have to change her less often and they do not tear apart when I pull them up. The stretch is good and size is true. These are a little pricey but they are designed better than any others on the market (that I have found), so for the cost, I feel they are well worth it.

After reading what feels like hundreds of reviews, I have to agree with what people have to say about this particular product. They do work a bit better than many of the other brands. We were buying undergarments for my father, and tried every brand under the sun. We tried the cheap brands and we tried the expensive brands. Seni definitely costs a little more, but I do feel they have the best fit and absorbency. In general, undergarments don't work great no matter what brand they are.... but this brand came closest to doing what they were supposed to do. We purchased both night time and daytime, and found neither to be too bulky. We never experienced any rips. If you can, I would definitely give these a try. :)

This product does a good job in preventing leaks overnight. It is easy to use. However, it runs a little small for my hips. Nevertheless, I still use the product because it works so well.

I swear I have tried almost every adult pull up made these are the best I have found.. No leaks! Really good fit, The do a great job of absorbing moisture yet keeping it away from your skin avoiding rashes. Give this product a try. Is it more expensive? Yes. However having 2 to 3 times the number of changes when using a cheaper product doesn't make any sense and costs you more.

Shipped fast. If you’re used 2 day, this did take a little longer. Can’t remember exactly. Packing was good.
