Very useful!!

Easier notetaking
I learned good tips on writing and editing my meeting notes from this book. I used to write everything I hear in meetings but the book taught me how to organize my notes, weed out extra words and combine tidbits of information to make a coherent report. I recommend this book.

Don't like the British terms
Too detailed for my needs. Didn't like all the British terminology. I speak American English. Some of the info was helpful. It's written for a much larger business than mine.

Great Book on Meeting Minutes!
I was able to quick assimilate this information and use it in my current job. The book structure is well organized and the examples allow one to quick understand the different topics. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to improve meeting minutes in their organization.

Great little book
This is a wonderful little book, however the content is from the UK and some of the verbiage is not relevent to the US. I have this on my desk as a reference only, but I would recommend it to others.
