I use it with my synology drive
So far so good

Horrible packaging, ordered 4, 1 failed SMART test, 2 made clicking noises
Returning my disks because they arrived damaged. The seller sent them wrapped in JUST 1 LAYER of bubble wrap. The items were not marked as fragile and delivery personnel dropped the disks on my door mat during delivery. 1 of the HDD failed the SMART test and made loud clicking noises when powered up. 2 of the drives made faint clicking sounds and had very high read error rate. The last disk seemed healthy but given the other 3 disks I did not want to take a chance. Returning all the disksSeller should package fragile things like HDD's more responsibly and provide added protection for transit. Very disappointed.

Badly reconditioned drives
Bought 5 , 3 not working at all, 2 not recognised by the server, very frustrating and a huge let down

Works and is good!
I took five of them. Unfortunately one is making strange noise time to time. Looking for the warranty in my country. Nevertheless all five works. For home using are noisy. Under hi load very noisy. But for server is good.

Packaging.
Ordered 4 hard drives. Two out of four were defective. Suspect it is because they were shipped with no protective packaging. Nothing but a static bag. The two that weren't defective work fine. Which is why it is three stars instead of one.

Dead on arrival suspected due to improper packaging
Both drives arrived with minimal packaging in a large plastic bag, banging around unsecured. One failed to initialize (not even clicking noises), the second was clicking badly and failed to format.

Don’t recommend

Value for money
High capacity, value for money but price should be little reduced.
