5 piece is more like a 3
Seems to be of acceptable quality, but the 5-instrument realistically fits 3 due to proximity to the edges/not full slots for the instruments on the edges. I can’t fit all 4 instruments into the 5-instrument cassette. I will be reordering in a different size

DO not used for dental basic casette
I put a perio probe, mirror, and naber's probe. The height of it is not enough and it bent the instruments

Won't close with basic exam setup inside
The reason one would buy this product is because they would want to put a basic exam setup inside. A dental mirror, explorer, perio instrument, and cotton forceps. Well when you have all these in the cassette, it will not close because the dental mirror is too big (I use a size 5 mirror). This forces you to either unscrew the mirror from the mirror handle or use a smaller size mirror.
