Great product, great customer service. The material is comfortable and seems nontoxic as claimed. Several other companies I ordered from seemed to have a synthetic bubble gum flavor added to their mouthpieces and this one does NOT which is great. The size of the device should fit both male and female and maybe even youth mouth sizes because it's a little short and doesn't cover that final set of molars in my somewhat small mouth. Which is fine for a teeth whitening tray but you should know it may not cover those last few teeth if you were going to try and use the mouthpiece for something else. Because of the flexibility of the tray, unless you have really crazy teeth, it should fit. Wide mouths, narrow mouths and some slightly askew teeth that may never have seen an orthodontist as well (mine have seen an orthodontist but I didn't stick with the retainers years ago and some of my teeth have since shifted a bit and are no longer perfectly straight.) It should work. That said, I'm not sure that you should use this with actual braces on your teeth because you might take a bracket off by accident or gouge the material of the mouthpiece. I don't have experience here but just something to consider. As for the actual whitening, since the tray and light do not come with a gel, that's going to be dependent a bit on what you apply. Since I was going for really natural (like coconut oil natural) I can say I'm pleased with it but can't give a lot of feedback and comparisons to other whitening products or trays. :) Easy to clean. Comes with a case. Haven't had it long enough to know how long the battery will last in the light. It's LED so it should last awhile.

It is a carbamide gel but no where near 44% concentration,I assume it's a typo because even my 20% is stronger than this,just know that prior to purchasing this product.

I am re-submitting/modifying my original rating of this product TO A a 5 STAR, because I did have an issue as can be seen in my my original post at a 3 star rating...SEE ORIGINAL POST BELOW AFTER THIS UPDATE. Within in an hour after I posted my first review (on a Sunday) I heard from the vendor. They immediately addressed the problem a perfect resolution was put forth and now both units are functioning perfectly. SO HERE IS WHY IT DESERVES A 5 Star Rating: ...extremely comfortable well fitting mouthpiece ...Good LED light assembly simple to insert in mouth piece & easy to remove for rinsing and cleaning of the mouthpiece. ...Definitely improves whitening, we monitored and the results were very noticeable. My first time using a mouthpiece my wife had used one previously without LEDs and when she used the LEDs she immediately noted the improvement. ...Because it is a great mouthpiece you can use it with or without the LEDs ...FINALLY it gets 5 STARS because the customer service was as good as it gets. THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL POST...We ordered 1 and it worked great and is still working. Ordered a second one for my wife and waited and gave it to her for Mother's Day. Unfortunately her's lasted less then two weeks and the light no longer comes on. Great mouth piece fits well just very disappointing that the unit is out of warranty and cannot be exchanged for a functioning unit. SO here is the bottom line I would give it 5 stars for the first unit still working and 2 stars for the second unit with good mouth piece but light went out in less then 2 weeks. LET'S SEE HOW VENDOR RESPONDS and if I can update this review!

It's pretty comfortable. Will stay put in my mouth the entire 15-30 minutes. Kind of wish the footprint was a bit smaller; I don't know, i know my mouth is small and maybe that's the problem but the silicone goes like, all the way back and it doesn't need to. The lights are only in the front. I used this in conjunction with crest whitening strips so I'm not sure if it helped whiten my teeth better but it didn't hurt. But now I can buy a straight up whitening gel for cheaper and use this as my tray so that'll be a bonus.

Product great. Received replacement gels. No mess, just three perfect syringes full of gel. I want to thank the seller for a quick response to the first gel I had to return. This is the very best gel for dazzling white teeth.

Used this one time and it quit working.

I have to say this is the cutest teeth whitener ever. It is not heavy so you can put it on while working or moving around. It is a very simple device and it made my teeth whiter, I have been using it for a week and my teeth isn't aching and its making my teeth whiter. The only thing I am concerned about it how to take off the cap of the device to replace the battery, since I don't want to break it. Overall it is such a great product!!

Plungers exploded out of syringe body due to being shipped without insulation from heat. Cheap black plastic used on plunger dissolves in bleaching gel.

The Bright White Smiles tray worked for a few weeks, then died due to moisture leaking in. Apparently it's not completely watertight. It'd probably work fine if you didn't put it in your mouth.
